Saskatoon Soaring Club - Our Rates
Associate Membership:

An associate membership is available for $60.  This provides a one day membership, and includes an introductory familiarization (FAM) flight with an instructor or qualified pilot.  An aerotow takes the glider to 2,500 feet above the ground and the flight lasts about 20 minutes.  Longer flights that include soaring may be arranged depending on weather conditions and availability of aircraft and pilots.  If the winch is set up for use then a shorter flight can be taken at a lower cost using this launch method.
A special "SIX PACK" form of associate membership is available to those interested in taking some instruction and then making a membership decision.  The first flight is a regular introductory flight.  During the next five flights the prospective member learns the flight controls and flies the aircraft with the instructor.  The flights can be taken on more than one day.  Cost of this package is $300.00.

If you are interested in coming out for an introductory ride or just want to check out the club you are welcome to come out to Cudworth airport.  Click on this SSC Flying Schedule link and put your name and phone number down on the date (and approximate time during the day) that you'd like to come.  Someone may try to get hold of you to confirm things.  We do keep the schedule updated regularly to indicate if there's any cancellation due to poor weather or any other reason (i. e. always best to make a last-minute check of the spreadsheet before heading out to Cudworth).
